The rest of the flat Is fully furnished to a modern style. The flat is in a great area, very safe and quiet but still only a ten minute bus journey to town! I also have off road parking to the flat too :) the rent for the flat is £350 per month and a £200 deposit would be required, the rent does include all of your bills!!
