Very modern operating system, being a smart phone with full touch screen (very accurate and responsive). If you google HTC Hero you will be able to get reviews and the specifications of the phone. Basically its an internet phone, with connection either via mobile network, or through your own wifi. It automatically connects and syncs with facebook, twitter and google too.
A screen protector has always been used, so the screen is as new. Very minor scratches to rear of phone which is a soft feel covering anyway, and a very small dent to one side, but is hardly noticable.
Working perfectly, with no previous or current hardware of software problems. I have reset the phone to its factory settings.
Phone comes with a charger plug, a USB cable, and a 2gb micro sd card.
