Sharing with a chef and a charity worker, it has a lounge, with a space big enough for a dining room table, complete with a working open fire. It also has a big kitchen, seperate utility room at the back, downstairs loo, shared bathroom and a little backyard, and the house is only a stone's throw from waitrose and less than five minutes from the sea.
