Charity begins at home

Dig deep - make a charity donation online - support the pasty muncher's unofficial London Marathon run.

Charity Events

Various fundraising events are lined up for the coming two months including the London Marathon and Comic Relief.

Every year I apply to join these national events and this year as like all other years I only got the Red Nose "fun pack".

Why do my applications fo the London marathon get rejected over and over. I have no doubt I can raise sufficient money and I consider that dashing around the 26 miles of London streets dressed in full pasty costume would drive more people to my fundraising page to offer charity donations online.

Justgiving - for charity donation

Justgiving.com has become a world leading resource for fundraisers - allowing them to concentrate on their training and publicity while the justgiving website takes care of charity donation and sponsorhips - even squeezing extra benefit of "Gift Aid" from most donations.

My plan is to "join" the London Marathon along the route. I don't care about the digital recognition of my number - all I want is to experience the buzz of the crowd yelling "GO ON PASTY" and if I can rais ea few bob for charity then all the better.
