Source: Kim Mutton Finally a choice of local radio stations. Exeter FM joins the party and ups the ante in the battle of the South West local radio stations.
Local Radio - In the Office. on the road or at homeAfter the disappointing lack of response to my call for Pirate FM to support Speak like a Pirate Day I feared I had cut of my nose to spite my own face imagine my delight to discover that there is a new "Pasty Friendly" local radio station ON AIR - Exeter FM Repair PC, Turn on, Tune in and Pop OutI had to stay home to wait for an engineer to visit and attend my poorly pc. Once the engineer had helped repair my home pc during my first home IT support call-out from my new PC help contract I tuned in this afternoon online via the stations web site and was immediately called to action when I saw an error on their website. I had to do my duty and contact studio@exeter.fm

Source: Kim Mutton Its nice to be important... ...and its important to be nice. Valentines Greetings
It was essential that the day be marked so guess what - Valentines Pasty Supper Offer Never let it be said that the Muncher doesn't flash the cash when it comes to Valentines Day treats. We were promised a St Valentine's dinner "couples will never forget". It may not be everyone's idea of a romantic St Valentine's Day meal, but for me a lips-shaped pasty, chips and mushy peas was a big hit. And only £2.99 - Pastytastic! A couple that munch together is a couple that stays together. To comment on, or report this post follow the permalink aboveSpanish Lessons - 1: Pass the Tapas Pasty
Source: Kim Mutton This year I've been to Sunny Spain - Hey Viva Espania. Sun, Sea and a Flavour of SpainThere's only so much rain and dark, gloomy cold winter days a chap can bear. Solution - holiday! Flight from Exeter to Malaga nice and straightforward. Malaga is often overlooked by the masses who just transfer immediately to the Costa Del Sol resorts. Malaga - Picasso and TaPastiesMalaga has a new Picasso Museum which was on the "must do" list. Christ on a bike - he can't draw! A whole museum of rubbish line drawings and sketches - no famous stuff - I was robbed. Funny how the admissions staff "no comprendo" when I asked for a refund. Malaga remains fairly Spanish and is home to dozens of Tapas bars - small narrow eateries with hams and stuff hanging above the counter, tempting dishes on display and of course a whole load of local booze. Mmm Mmm Malaga wines - sweet dolce and gabbana - Pedro Ximinez, Sherry O Sherry O Baby and Brandy de Jerez. Note - in Malaga the pronunciation of Cerveza is aided if you can be thumped in the mouth before asking Thhlluurrrrvbsethsta - thanks Sylvester. ¿Tiene usted pastoso en el menú de tapas? The Trains in SpainAre cheap clean fast and on time. Two and a half hours later - Confortel SevilleSeville was stunning - biggest Christian Cathedral in the world, the awesome Alcazar AND the El Corte Inglis Department store with its speciality delicatessan had freshly imported pasties from both Cornwall and Devon. Ole! "Pase las Tapas Pastosas" roughly - pass the tapas pasty. "Ronce en"
