I'm in the process of emptying the freezer at the moment - and tonight's tea is going to be great!

I found some scallops and some prawns in the bottom of the freezer, so they're going to be my tea, along with salad and a little dressing. Pretty decadent! I can't remember why I bought them, maybe to impress a young lady who knows. Definitely going to impress myself though. Then for the next day or two it's the usual living off the remains of Sunday's roast chicken, leftovers rule!

I am picking Sam up tomorrow afternoon, and on the menu for him is turkey meatloaf one night, and spaghetti bolognaise the other. He had MacDonalds again today at his mum's house, not so good. I limit Sam to MacD once every 5 to 6 weeks, as a treat. Anyway, my week is looking good, Sam tomorrow and Wednesday, voluntary shifts Wednesday evening and Thursday daytime, a job interview, and then Sam again Friday and Saturday.

Good to see Super Leeds are only 12 points behind the rest of Division Three teams now, after winning at Tranmere on Saturday. Lovely to see the team and the management bonding so well too, and according to a friend who still goes to the games, the fans were fantastic all day. As the new song goes "Tresor Kandol, scored a ****ing great goal, in a scouse ****hole, in a scouse ****hole". COME ON LEEDS!
