Wind Power & Flood Bias

Blog: Norfolk Single Dad

For a change I'm going to have a rant!

Wind Power

Right now some villagers in Norfolk are opposing the construction of wind turbines near their homes. The government should get tough and build these green sources of power wherever they want. Stick one RIGHT outside my bedroom if you like, I think they look pretty cool. NIMBY idiots get stuffed!

Flood Bias

I am really appalled at the bias in the UK's media when it comes to the current flooding. A month ago huge areas of Yorkshire were flooded, and apart from a footnote in the press, nothing was reported. Now that flooding is affecting or threatening these journo's comfy M4 corridor homes, it is ALL OVER the news, all the time. I live in East Anglia so I'm speaking from an unbiased point of view. Who says there's no north/south divide in England?

Rant over, normal trivial crap will be back tomorrow.
