Things seem to be progressing quite nicely....

....as you can see, the base of the cafe block has now been filled with concrete and there are various piles of "stuff" seemingly ready to be added to the building. The whole area was today buzzing with builders, a positive beehive of activity, plus a gang of rather fetching young, female archaeologists. They can uncover MY artefacts any day they want to.

This morning I had a check-up at the dentist. I was in the mouth doctor's chair for a maximum of 60 seconds, to be told that everything is lovely, and that'll be £15.90 please, sucker! Blimey, that's a hell of an hourly rate. What's also strange is that at my last check-up at the same practice the previous dentist said I would need treat ment on the next visit.

This afternoon Sam is due at a birthday party for Toddler Charlie, at Planet Zoom, which will be a 2 hour assault on my eardrums. But Sam will have fun, and tire himself out, so his mummy should have an easy bedtime tonight....
