New Recipe Idea!!!!

I've had a brainwave on creating a really filling, meaty, indulgent, unhealthy meal.....definitely "blokey comfort food".....

So I zoomed off to Tesco and picked up all the potential ingredients. Next step is creating a few, slightly different, prototypes of my creation. If they're all rubbish I'll try another few slight variations, then give up if they turn out pants too! If it works out however, I'll have to think of a name for my gastronomic delight. I am not entirely sure whether to make this as a main course or as a kind-of pasty (Kim Mutton take note). The pseudo-pasty would probably have to be called "Three Pig Pasty". So into the kitchen soon!

Today I was due to be cleaning til 11 but ended up there til 1 as two rooms needed doing too. I am a 39 year old cleaner! Makes me laugh. The cleaning meant I had to take Sam back at half eight after the overnight stay, which was quite sad. As I was waiting to get onto the road when it was time to leave, Sam's mummy stayed at the door to say bye (nice of you, cheers mate!), and I spotted Sam behind shedding a few tears. Poor little sod. Same thing as when I picked him up yesterday I suppose. I think he would, if he could arrange it, have his mummy and daddy living together, but it cannot be. Whenever he sees a picture in a book of a child and an adult male and female together, he always points and says "That's me, that's my mummy, and that's my daddy". At least the divorce hasn't completely taken away his idea of what family is all about. Yes I do feel guilty about it.
