In which NSD writes what he meant to write in the previous entry before getting sidetracked by an aging rocker....

Monday Chuffing Monday isn't really applicable for me at the moment, as I don't have a weekday job that I don't like. Mondays are pretty similar to other days in many ways. This Monday looks like this; out for a few hours delivering Yellow Pages, volunteer training from 7 to 9 this evening, voluntary nightshift from 10p.m. to 2 a.m. Looking forward to it!

Yesterday was a really busy Sunday. Wandered the streets dishing out 150 more Yellow Pages, then took my mum to see my dad in Grantham hospital. He seemed pretty perky, still looks painfully thin though except his stomach which is still swollen and full of who knows what. We had tea in a Little Chef at Sleaford afterwards, and it was really nice!

Then back down the A17, relaxed for a bit watching the Plymouth v Watford FA Cup match, and then up to The Woolpack for quiz night. Unfortunately the pub hadn't advertised, they'd forgotten that we had decided to do the quiz every other week, and therefore only a few die-hards appeared. Quiz was cancelled, stayed for a few pints and a gossip, then home for an early night. Busy Sunday.

Still not a Bono fan though.
