King's Lynn Getting Above Itself?

Check out the picture. The Vancouver shopping centre has been re-branded as The Vancouver Quarter!

But this is King's Lynn, a small town at the arse end of Norfolk. It's hardly comparable with the Latin Quarter, the area surrounding The Sorbonne in Paris!

And I'd like to know what the other three quarters are called? My guess is:

The Lithuanian Quarter.

The Not In My Back Yard Quarter.

The New, Brightly-Coloured, "Next Hillingdon" Quarter.
