Karma Strikes Again!

Good old karma, it looks after nice people doesn't it.

Got a letter this morning, re-directed from my parents' house in Lincolnshire. It was addressed to me plus two of my old football co-defendants, Steve Doc and Stan, and it was the statement of our World Cup 94 account! Of course England never qualified for that tournament, so ending our dreams of shmoozing round America in an open top Cadillac, staying at cheap motels, picking up local chicks etc.

Anyway, the statement says the balance is £72.90 - and as Stan and Steve both took their share out of the account to pay off various fines, this is my money! Hoorah, thanks Karma! Just at the right time.
