Guess Who's Feeling Positive?

Surprise surprise it's me!

Right, no idea why I should feel good about the future, but I'm not knocking it.

Went to see the doc today, my blood pressure is hunky-dory and he signed me up for the discounted gym scheme that runs in King's Lynn. Why? Well, since I have been limiting my drinking to two days a week (usually) my alcohol counsellor advised to maybe treat myself on non-drinking days, with some item of food I really like. So, while the alcohol consumption has decreased rapidly, I am actually putting weight on, which is something of a contradictory situation. Hence I will be walking up to Lynnsport this morning to sign my life/lard away.

On the subject of alcohol counselling, my counsellor is back from his enforced leave, but on holiday this week. So next week I will be getting back in touch with him as well.

Right now I'm off up to clean The Woolpack, from there into town for a hair cut, via the sports centre.

Positivity, what a peculiar feeling.

p.s. the photo's just a random "nice" one, from our trip to Oxburgh Hall....
