Crap Parking League XIX

I always see the very worst parking when I don't have my phone with me....so here's another example from this evening....

The humble VW Golf catapults into joint-third place. Traditionally a boy-racer car, are they badly parked because their drivers don't have the necessary skills? Or do you know of some other reason?

p.s. can anyone identify the Green American Monstrosity from an earlier blog? Or the Mystery Rover?
