Crap Parking League X

The first submission by a roving reporter! Snapped in Scotland, this overseas motor looks like it was parked by a 4 year old.....

The thing is I am not sure what type of car this is? Looks like a Rover, but can any car experts confirm what breed of Rover it is?

Had a lovely email from Martin Dobson, who runs a website dedicated to crap parking!
