Just started this blog and noticed GMTV weathergirl Claire Nasir looking lovely on the telly......

Anyway, that is nothing at all to do with anything else. Last night I again had a Big Brother dream, I was again a housemate and only two weeks from the end of the show. The house was in Peterborough. Rolf Harris delivered some kind of kestrel for me to attract by whizzing a dead fish round and round on a string, which the bird ate in one go. There was also some kind of weird water-stream bagatelle machine delivered. And I planned to become the first "live" escapee by legging it off down the river bank into Peterborough town centre. Crackers!

However, it wasn't scary, which is a novelty at the moment. Got eaten by a polar bear the other night. Also cornered and stabbed in Sainsburys car park near King's Lynn bus station. Compared to these, splashing around in the BB pool is much better.

So yesterday I went to Hunstanton to have a walk along the cliffs, and it was wet, windy and wild. Lovely! Went mad and had some MORE chips out of the paper for dinner, two pints and a read of the paper in the rather modern but surprisingly enjoyable Marine Bar (full review soon I hope!), then home into the sanctuary and warmth of our little flat.

Today I'm picking Sam up at 1230 and we're heading off to see his Nana and Grandad this afternoon. Tomorrow Sam has a dentist's appointment so there may be trouble ahead......Sam's mummy is terrified of dentists and avoids them for years at a time, I don' mind them. Has anyone got any tips for keep children calm/calming them down where the dentist is concerned?

Thursday I have voluntary 10 til 2, Friday another job interview then picking Sam up. Saturday we're off to Norton Hill Light Railway at Snettisham, come on down, it should be fun. Train rides are only £1.50, there are other stalls there too. And on Sunday, if you visit, you'll find ME behind the stall of my voluntary group, see you there!

But first......the housework.......
