So I've described how I made loads of lovely food, and not spend too much money....but you know what?

The pic is the end result of this afternoon's cookathon. 14 bags of tasty, super healthy food ready to go in the freezer.

There is also a special ingredient in the food that I cook for Sam (and that you can and should cook for your little ones).

You will NEVER find it in the jars and bottles you can grab from a supermarket shelf.

My special ingredient?

LOVE.
