I can sometimes judge my mood by BBC News 24....

Going back to 1999 (yes it WAS going then) sometimes I just don't want to/am scared to go to sleep. And then I watch BBC News 24. Half hour stretches of various news topics.

I think it's to avoid sleeping, in case I don't wake up, but I'm not 100% sure. Life is strange at the moment, either very good or really pants, with no in between, and I'm trying to ride it out. I just want a boring life. A mundane routine sounds so appealling.
