Bad Start To A Bank Holiday!

Got to get better surely....

What a crappy way to start the Holiday Monday, with another bad, bad dream. The ones in which I die are easier to deal with, they're just scary and fade quickyl when I wake up. Today's was a proper emotional nightmare, and is still with me, GO AWAY!

It was set when me and Sam's mum split up, in a different place, different circumstances though, but all the feelings were the same - just as terrible.

It ended when I woke up crying, how pathetic! In the dream Sam had found me at the top of some stairs in a house, reached his finger onto my face and said "Daddy, you're crying", then he sat on my lap and we both cried a lot onto each other's shoulders. Not good.

So it seems that even if you consciously know you've moved on from bad stuff in your life, your subconscious stores the desperate feelings up for use at a later date. Not sure why "now" was the time I had to go through this, but hey, it's done, it's out of the way, and me and Sam are together from 9 this morning for 33 hours!

Meantime I am off to clean The Woolpack!
