What would you save in order to restart mankind in the event of a disaster like an asteroid impact or nuclear war? A tin of beans? A can of lager? Or something less important? Well boffins say a vault of knowledge or 'Noah's Ark' could be set up on the moon ready to transmit details back to bunkers on Earth so that survivors can be educated in how to start modern life. Why don't they just build it here on Earth?
