Stabbings Must Stop

Can someone, somewhere, explain to me exactly what's going on in our streets? Are you, like me, a concerned parent, wondering what's happening to our childrens' world?

Norfolk Resident - Caravans Go Home

Once again I have to report that my basic European Right to a free and unhindered life has again been compromised by the tin can on wheels owners.

Wednesday 4th July - Trouble gets worse at t'mill

What a shambles. No other word for it. Checked the post after getting up late again, found no letter. Rang my company up, couldn't speak to who I needed to, someone else checked the managers Diary. Meeting tomorrow morning 8 -10 am.

Plans were made for me to stay on after my nightshift tonight, and this involved the wife borrowing her mothers car to take The Teenage One to work experience tomorrow morning, as I wouldn't be back home until 11.00 - 11.30am.

The secretary said she would confirm details and get back to me, to make absolutely sure. No phone call. Rang the office back, eventually spoke to the same lady who said that the meeting had been cancelled.

No notice of any meeting. No notice of rota changes. And now, no notice of the meeting been cancelled. No reason, other than it's "Got to be rescheduled".

Wasn't it a good job I rang up the other day, purely by chance, coincidentally, about something else? Otherwise we still wouldn't know anything about it now.

I and all my colleagues are all peed off, severely. My company had better get their act in order, and soon.

Otherwise, they'll have no staff left in Kings Lynn at the end of this month.

And, on reflection, lets just say it's a good job that the manager who is (ir)responsible for this shambles was on his way home in the car when I rang the office.

Because if I'd spoken to him, I wouldn't have a job to go to tonight.

So angry. I hate indiscipline and disorder. Especially as I can't talk or see the Manager in charge of the whole mess.
