Or, at least, the plans have been made, agreement from all our team confirmed, and we're now just waiting for our Company to agree to the reviewed shift pattern that affects us all.

I'm now doing 4 days a month, as oppose to the original three, and this complies with what my management confirm as to being the bare minimum for all staff.

So, in theory, everyone is happier. I'm still looking for another job though, because I refuse to be treated like something the S.A.D (Shot At dawn) manager has trodden in and got stuck on his shoe.

Like I said before, all it would have taken was a simple phone call, but the SAD manager decided to take absolute control of the situation, and in doing so, has lost all control in the process. I've still had no reply - he just doesn't have the guts to face me.

Spineless.

But agreement, and compromise have been reached so it buys me time. Which is important.

I'm working Saturday & Sunday night, off Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday so I'll be seriously sorting my life out then.

Something Different.................

I had this email come through yesterday which gives food for thought, so I thought I'd share it with you, especially in light of recent activities by certain people. I thought it freaky - what do you say?

The Secret Behind Number 11.

New York has 11 Letters

Afganistan has 11 letters

Ramsin Yuseb has 11 Letters (this is the terrorist who threatened to destroy the twin towers in 1993)

George W Bush has 11 letters.

Coincidence perhaps? Its gets better.....

New York is the 11th State

The first plane crashing into the Twin Towers was flight number 11.

Flight 11 was carrying 92 passengers. 9 + 2 = 11

Flight 77 which also hit Twin Towers, was carrying 65 passengers. 6 + 5 =11

The tragedy was on 9th September, or 9/11 as it is now known. 9 + 1 + 1 =11

And consider this..........

The total number of victims inside all hijacked planes was 254. (2+5+4 = 11)

September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year

The Madrid bombing took place on 3/11/2004. (3 +1+1+2+4=11)

The Madrid tragedy happened 911 days after the Twin Towers Incident.

And here's where it gets really creepy.............

The most recognised symbol of the USA, after the stars and stripes, is the Eagle. The following verse comes from the Koran, the Islamic Holy Book:

"For it is written that a son of Arabia would waken a fearsome eagle. The wrath of the eagle would be felt through the lands of Allah while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced: for the wrath of the eagle cleansed the lands of Allah and there was peace."

That verse is number 9.11 of the Koran.

And Finally........

Using your word processor, type the number of the first plane to hit one of the Twin Towers. This was flight Q33 NY.

Hightlight Q33 NY and change the font size to 48.

Change the actual font to Wingdings.
