The morning of the Great West Run is here!

Just a quick post this morning. It's just after 7am, my pre-run porridge is bubbling away on the stove and I and a few other bloggers are preparing for our respective half marathons. After all the nice weather, it's a little overcast here this morning which will be a relief to many of the runners.

I've got my itsmymarket.com t-shirt and my RNLI inflatable lifeboat and I'm all set to go. Are you ready?
