Will there be a happy ending? Prezzo PLC have replied to my letter of complaint...

I just got home to find a letter from Prezzo PLC on the doormat. The letter apologises for my recent bad experience in Exeter Prezzo, gives assurances that the matter will be investigated, and encloses a £50 voucher in the hope that I might return to give them a second chance to demonstrate their usually high standards and regain my custom.

That certainly restores a little bit of my faith. Not sure when I'll use the voucher, but I'll let you know how I get on.
