Wake up - there's a real world out there

Today DC announced proposals to encourage people to work whilst claiming benefits. Where have you been Dave for the past twenty years?

Its a Lifestyle choice

Since the Boys from the Blackstuff glamourised the black market economy of 'doing a bit on the side' for cash working whilst claiming benefit support, moonlighting has become a necessary way of life. Does the welfare state really expect the paultry benefit amounts paid to actually fund the lifestyles of those who claim them? Have they seen the price of fags, booze, trainers and fake designer gear?

The financial merry-go-round.

Come on Tory Boys - the benefit claiming public are working a lot harder than you think - cleaning, dealing in motors, window cleaning, the odd bit of labouring, standing around with a "Golf Sale" sign, collecting for bogus charities, selling the "last" big issue - its all go for these so called layabouts.
