Suggestions to help ease a hangover.

Q: Whats good for a hang over Mike?

A: Lots of beer the night before!

Thanks to Mike from the Young Ones

Reduce hangover symptoms by drinking two or three large glasses of water before going to sleep the night before and lots of extra water the day after. Always easier said than done and more likely to cause bed wetting.

Eat foods that are high in vitamin C and the B vitamins, which are believed to speed the removal of alcohol from the body.

Oranges, guava, grapefruit, and strawberries are rich in vitamin C and beans, fish, and whole grains are rich in the B vitamins.

Juice

Juice therapists (such folk exist) recommend drinking a mixture of carrot juice, beetroot juice, celery juice, and parsley juice twice during hangover.

The Chinese drink fresh tangerine juice and eat 10 strawberries to treat hangover.
