Can the smell of bad eggs be good for you?

A natural assumption that if something smells bad then its best avoided is now in question after a bunch of overpaid researchers announced the effect of whiffy flatulence on the blood pressure of mice.

The results have been interpreted to suggest that those whose trumps pong more will benefit from a lowering of blood pressure due to the reaction of Hydrogen Sulphide and the cells it comes into contact with on its passage through the body prior to expulsion.

In September the campaign to highlight high blood pressure offered free checks and advice about lifestyle changes to help lower blood pressure but as it preceeded the news that smelly farts can lower blood pressure.

Things to build up wind:

  • Bad posture whilst working on laptops

  • Eat Jeusalem Artichokes

  • Missing out on a balance diet

What are your top tips for increasing wind thus helping tolower blood pressure?
