It seems my ears must have been burning, as I received a reply from Paul the Frustrated Businessman, which suggested that I look at prepaid mastercards, as they have been using one for their online purchases.

Spookily, I had just started to do that after hearing about it on talksport radio, who are currently promoting their own card. Also, I looked at moneysupermarket, which lists another eleven cards.

I will mention that you need to check through the various fees/reload options etc., as some have set cost, others work on percentages of purchases, so you need to have some idea of much you will be using the card to find the best deal for you.
