Things that Pop into my Head 6 months after the first attempted bombing in Exeter city centre, could someone slightly more competent be trying to bomb Barclays? At 1215 the high street was once again evacuated as bomb disposal officers rushed to investigate a suspicious suitcase left outside Barclays Bank. By 2pm it was all over though and no toilets were damaged. It turns out some poor guy had forgotten his suitcase and it got reported to the police by a passer by. It appears they are taking it a bit more seriously these days, not like the time a mate of mine discovered a suspicious looking package and was told by the cop to 'kick it and see if it explodes'.
