Blog: Things that Pop into my Head

It's not just Pasty's anti-social networking we need to be worried about, an increasing number of websites are down-right nasty these days.

The Pasty Muncher is angry about the inconvenience of having to log in to many websites and blogs just to leave a comment. Whilst I am sympathetic - it is a pain, without these precautions the sites would soon be overrun by comment spam.

Online Threats

1 in 1000 websitescontain malware of some description, so it is increasingly important to protect yourself online. BT NetProtect is one service which has teamed up with one one the field leaders, Norton, to provide a range of products including antivirus software, firewall software and security software to keep you safe online.

No need to panic just yet Kim, as you keep yourself up to date and protected, it should be fairly painless in the virtual world, apart from typing logins of course!
