Freelander has been identified as one of the most popular cars to be walloped with increased vehicle excise duty.

Always one to grab a bargain the revelation that Freelanders are to be amongst the vehicles to be hit by car tax hikes has presented an opportunity to pick up some good deals as motorists try to sell their gas guzzlers lots of free classified adverts for Freelanders indicate that the prices are falling and there is debate if this is purely a reflection on the vehicle excise duty increase or another nail in the credit crunch coffin.

Freelander amongst top five hit hardest
