What do people really need to buy on a Sunday that they can't buy on a Saturday? The main thing would be foodstuffs and general groceries, and most grocery stores are open on Sunday morning in France in any event. Why not have a compromise, like they do in Holland, and have Sunday shopping for other things one Sunday every month? That really would cause super Euro confusion. Stylish lingerie or a Cheap Rake
