Fed up of the queues, the cold weather and bad tempered shoppers? Do all your Christmas shopping from the comfort of your own home.

Right, some people love shopping for christmas gifts, they like the hustle and bustle of the Big City, the lights, the sights, sounds and smells of hands-on shopping. I'm afraid I'm not one of them. The thought of being hurled into the melee of bad-tempered bargain hunters sends a shiver down my spine and I used to dread the approach of the festive season when I knew I'd have no choice but to once more enter the dragon...

Ok, a bit dramatic I know, but I've always been somewhat claustrophobic when hammed in by a heaving thong. So you can imagine my relief at the advent of online shopping. I started out as most people do, buying the odd item of ebay or Amazon, then gradually buying more and more as I realised how easy, pain-free and generally cheaper online shopping actually is. I even do my grocery shopping onlline now, as the delivery charge is about the same as it would cost me to drive to the supermarket.

But I digest...Now, there is one downside to getting your Christmas shopping done online, and that's the amount of trawling through websites you have to do. First you need to find the products you want, then you have to compare prices, which means you should really be looking for at least three different sites sellling the same goods.

Right, this is where the \"plug\" happens. There are several price comparison sites springing up these days, basically allowing you to buy just about anything from one starting point and yes, I have one of these sites. It's oh-I-love-that.com the front page is all about wine and spirits, food hampers but if you use the search facility you can find anything from games consoles, sat navs, toys, clothes, home and garden ware and just about anything else you could think of.

Give it a try and see what you think. I bought the site because I'm convinced these type of sites are the future of online shopping.
