To celebrate the occasion and the fact that they have come so far, local photographer Simon Burt will be exhibiting a series of captivating portraits of each trainee. Student Week 22nd - 28th January Our trainees have been with us for a year now, so it's time for them to really show you what they can do.From 22nd January, they will be running the restaurant under the watchful eye of Head Chef, Neil Haydock.
They'll be doing everything themselves - all the preparation and cooking for every service and running every station in the kitchen, giving you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see just how far they've come before they spread their wings and leave Fifteen Cornwall to carve out fantastic careers. It's going to be a real landmark event for the restaurant, so if you'd like to be part of it, book your table now for lunch or dinner between 22nd and 28th January and help us to celebrate the success of the 2006 Fifteen Cornwall trainees.
