All about Fifteen Cornwall We at Fifteen Cornwall are holding our very first farmer's market on 6th October between 8.30am-4pm in the Extreme Academy carpark right next to the restuarant, to celebrate the producers and suppliers of the fantastic foods that we use. We'd like you to meet all the talented people that rear, grow, catch or make the exceptional food that we use, and have the opportunity to buy their produce yourself. These will include Angus Trotters, Boddington's Berries, Buttervilla Farm, Cornish Pig Company, The Cornish Duck Company, Cornish Orchards, Deli Farm Charcuterie, Matthew Stevens & Sons, Origin Coffee, Skinner's Brewing Co., St Austell Brewery Co., Primrose Herd, Tregida Smokehouse, Tregothnan Tea, Treleavens Luxury Cornish Ice Cream, La Credenza, Roskillys, Cornish Meadows, River Cottage, Boccadon Farm, Zucca, Clarence Court and more! On the hour, from 11.00am, there will be live cooking demonstrations from some of the best chefs in Cornwall including Paul Harwood from Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant in Padstow and of course, our own Executive Chef, Neil Haydock and the apprentices from Fifteen Cornwall There will also be delicious food and drink to enjoy while you're here, including our own home baked focacia sandwiches with cured meats and Italian cheeses and homemade Lemonade and Dandelion and Burdock from our mixoligist Tristan Stephenson.
