'Totally Cornish' - three course lunch for just £18!

To celebrate the fantastic local producers that we use at Fifteen Cornwall, we are offering a special three course 'Totally Cornish' lunch menu for just £18 between 29th January and 16th February.

To celebrate just how fantastic our local producers are, we're going to be taking our sourcing policy one step further - from 80% Cornish to 'Totally Cornish'!

We'll be offering a special three course lunch menu every day between 29th January and 16th February for just £18 and it will consist of 100% Cornish produce.

David has made Cornwall his home and after two years of intensive work, he's gained a reputation as an exciting and innovative photographer.

The menu at Fifteen Cornwall is driven by the producers who supply incredible quality ingredients to the restaurant. This exhibition celebrates the talented local growers, farmers and fishermen whose commitment to creating the best foods plays such a vital role in the success of Fifteen Cornwall.

The Trainees Take Over Fifteen Cornwall

The Fifteen Cornwall trainees take over the kitchen for a week from 22nd Januray. To celebrate the occasion and the fact that they have come so far, local photographer Simon Burt will be exhibiting a series of captivating portraits of each trainee.

Student Week 22nd - 28th January

Our trainees have been with us for a year now, so it's time for them to really show you what they can do.From 22nd January, they will be running the restaurant under the watchful eye of Head Chef, Neil Haydock.

They'll be doing everything themselves - all the preparation and cooking for every service and running every station in the kitchen, giving you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see just how far they've come before they spread their wings and leave Fifteen Cornwall to carve out fantastic careers.

Simon has worked with our trainees since they joined the programme twelve months ago, and his exhibition offers you a fascinating insight into their lives outside of the Fifteen Cornwall kitchen. You will discover a whole new side to them - each one has an inspiring story to tell.
