Student Nights – Every Thursday from 19th April – 17th May Come along and watch our trainees in action!

The Fifteen Cornwall students of 2006 will complete their restaurant training with us in May and in the lead up to their big day, they are taking charge of dinner service every Thursday evening from 19th April – 17th May, under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Neil Haydock.

They’ll be doing everything themselves - all the preparation and cooking for each evening and running every station in the kitchen - giving you a fantastic opportunity to see just how far they’ve come before they spread their wings and leave us to carve out fantastic careers.
These evenings are going to be really special, so if you’d like to be part of them, book your table now for one of our Student Nights and help us to celebrate their success!
We look forward to seeing you!

Passion of Italy at Fifteen Cornwall

Source: Jo78
Wednesday 14th February 2007, 3:20pm

The very best of Italy is coming to Watergate Bay on the 21st March…Fifteen Cornwall’s Passion of Italy evening is a journey through the authentic tastes of Italy, both classic and contemporary – with two very special guides.

Gennaro Contaldo, Jamie Oliver’s revered mentor and regular star of ITV’s ‘Saturday Cooks’ will be providing energetic cookery demonstrations throughout the evening and letting you in on the secrets of genuine Italian food – the ingredients, the techniques and the passion! To complete the authentic Italian experience, Giovanni Manetti, of the legendary Chianti wine and olive oil producers Fontodi, will be leading you through a series of wine tastings, teaching the art of matching wines with specific dishes to bring out the best in both.

The evening will revolve around a fabulous six-course tasting menu accompanied by Giovanni’s expertly-chosen wine package, which includes a different wine with each course. Gennaro will demonstrate each dish prior to the course being served…learning has never been so pleasurable!

The atmosphere, as always, will be relaxed; the evening will be fun, with plenty of opportunity to chat and ask questions. Places are very limited so booking early is essential. The evening, including the six course menu, wine package and all demonstrations is £90 per person*.

This event is not available to book online, so to reserve your place, call our reservations team on 01637 861000. Lines are open from 9am-7pm, 7 days a week.

Big Love
