Edinburgh Military Tattoo is an annual series of Military tattoos performed by British Armed Forces, Commonwealth and International military bands and display teams in the Scottish capital Edinburgh. The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo takes place annually throughout August, as part of the wider Edinburgh Festival (a collective name for many independent festivals and events in Edinburgh in August).

Edinburgh Military Tattoo is returning for Diamond Jubilee production in August 2010 at Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh. Edinburgh Military Tattoo 2010 will feature: The spine-tingling sight and sounds of the Massed Pipes and Drums, The Massed Military Bands, The Military Band of the Coldstream Guards, The New Zealand Army Band, South Africa’s Transvaal Scottish, South Australian Pipes and Drums, The Imps Motorcycle Display Team from London’s Docklands, The United States Citadel Band from South Carolina, Massed Highland Dancers and the haunting sound of the Lone Piper.

Edinburgh Military Tattoo is returning for Diamond Jubilee celebrations in 2010 at Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh. Edinburgh Military Tattoo 2010 will be heating up to commemorate landmark 60th anniversary of the Tattoo. Edinburgh Military Tattoo will start from 6 August 2010. Performance Timings for The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo will be: Monday to Friday at 9.00pm, Saturday at 7.30pm and 10.30pm, No performance on Sunday. Edinburgh Military Tattoo will come to end on 28 August 2010.
