Like so many things there's just too much choice when it comes to choosing a laptop.

Once again technology has caughtup with the Dirt Digger and its time to upgrade my cranking old laptop which I failed to clean properly to a super dooper laptop that will work anywhere around the house.

This article at least tries to highlight the key things to bear in mind when buying a laptop whereas this is a more transparant attempt to entice visitors to buy a laptop

Looking for cheap laptops?

Check different models and compare prices of laptops and notebooks including the latest models of Acer Aspire, asus eee pc notebooks, macbook, Toshiba laptops, HP Pavilion and Sony VAIO laptops.

Should I Buy an Extended Laptop Warranty?

The advice given says "Once you've decided on the specifications you require, try to keep within a set budget, and don't b e distracted by features and specifications that you don't need" which is all well and good but I can't help thinking that there's a better deal out there.

Unwanted Software and Operating Systems on all Laptops

"Look out for laptops that include the types of software that will suit your needs" - is the advice - ha fat chance. All the models I've come across currently include a trial Office 2007 which no doubt becomes a problem to disable and Windows Vista Operating System - by all accounts a pile of pooh.
