Ali Campbell is a British singer, solo artist and songwriter. Ali Campbell (birth-name: Alistair Ian Campbell) was born on 15 February 1959 in Birmingham, UK. Ali Campbell was the lead singer and founding member of the reggae band UB40. Ali Campbell performed guitar and lead vocals from UB40's 1978 inception through early 2008.
